Jim focuses his practice in the areas of Business Law, Litigation and Commercial Creditors’ Rights. Jim is admitted to practice law in the Courts of North Carolina as well as the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts in North Carolina. He believes it is important to provide quality legal representation, offering personal service and attention while maintaining high ethical standards. Jim enjoys helping people achieve their goals. A native of Raleigh, Jim received his B.S. in Business Management from NC State University in 2000. Jim earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005.
