Chad J. Cochran holds roots in Knoxville, Tennessee with a B.S. in Computer Science and J.D. from the University of Tennessee. After a Tax Law Fellowship with the I.R.S. in Washington, DC., Chad joined the firm in 2007. Since that time, Chad enjoys representing businesses in numerous types of commercial litigation and transactions. Chad’s practice primarily focuses on contractual litigation, construction law, employment law, creditor’s rights, and corporate structuring.
