Although born in Roseburg, Oregon, Cody R. Loughridge has been a Wake County resident for over 25 years. Cody was raised in Cary and now makes his home in Apex. Cody’s areas of concentration include Construction law, General Civil Litigation, Commercial Collections and Creditor’s rights in bankruptcy. Cody practices throughout the District and Superior Courts of North Carolina and is also admitted to each of the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts of North Carolina. Cody received his B.A. from North Carolina State University. He went on to earn his J.D. from Campbell University.
